2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about AquaTherma's renewable heating services, view case studies, read guidance, request information, submit an enquiry or request a quote.
By using the website, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
3. Website information is not project advice
The content on this website is provided for general information only. Renewable heating, heat pump, UFH, MVHR, solar, battery, servicing and trade counter information must be assessed against the specific property, design, heat loss, floor build-up, budget, product availability, regulatory position and site constraints.
Nothing on this website should be treated as a confirmed design, specification, quotation, payback calculation, energy saving promise, warranty or guarantee of suitability. AquaTherma will only make project-specific recommendations through an appropriate consultation, design process, written quotation or contract.
4. Enquiries, quote requests and plans
Submitting an enquiry, sending plans, requesting a quote or contacting AquaTherma through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige AquaTherma to accept the project.
You are responsible for making sure information supplied to AquaTherma is accurate, complete and lawful to share. If you send drawings, photographs, plans, specifications or third-party documents, you must have the right to provide them to AquaTherma for review and quotation purposes.
Any quotation or proposal may be subject to further checks, site survey, heat loss review, design work, product availability, supplier pricing, accreditation requirements, planning or building control considerations and written acceptance.
5. Services, contracts and payment terms
Any design, supply, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, aftercare or trade counter work will be governed by the written terms that apply to that particular quote, order, contract or purchase.
The website does not set fixed prices, payment terms, cancellation terms, warranty terms, delivery dates or installation dates. These will be confirmed separately where relevant. Any VAT treatment, deposit, staged payment, validity period, included scope and excluded work should be checked in the written quotation or order documentation.
Where consumer protection, MCS, RECC or other accreditation requirements apply to a project, the relevant documents and processes will be handled as part of the project-specific paperwork.
6. Trade counter and product information
Trade counter information on this website is general and may change. Stock, brands, accessories, prices, specifications, availability and collection arrangements must be confirmed directly with AquaTherma at the time of enquiry or purchase.
Product images and descriptions are for identification and explanation only. Manufacturers may change specifications, availability, model names or documentation without notice.
7. Accuracy and availability
AquaTherma aims to keep website information accurate and up to date, but errors, omissions or outdated information may occur. AquaTherma may update, remove, suspend or change any part of the website at any time.
The website is provided on an availability basis. AquaTherma does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from technical issues.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, page content, graphics, layout, branding and other materials are owned by AquaTherma or licensed for use by AquaTherma. You may view the website for personal or business information purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, adapt, scrape or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Acceptable use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, form handling, email systems or connected services.
- Do not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scraping, spam submissions or anything intended to damage or overload the website.
- Do not submit false, misleading, offensive, unlawful or third-party confidential information through the forms.

This website may link to third-party websites, manufacturers, accreditation bodies, consumer protection schemes or other resources. Those links are provided for convenience and context. AquaTherma is not responsible for third-party website content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaTherma is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information instead of obtaining project-specific advice, design, quotation or contract documentation. AquaTherma is not responsible for business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
